Fifth Workshop

The final workshop will be focused on the results of qualitative and quantitative research conducted in Europe, points of view of privileged witnesses and new possible scenarios for industrial relations. See the Agenda of the meeting attached.
In this conclusive event the final report will be presented, discussed and distributed among the participants.

Fourth Workshop
Location: Sofia
Sofia's workshop will be realized in order to present new research, gain new perspectives through the exchange of experiences, balance the methods and analysis techniques. See the Agenda of the meeting attached.
Each partner will present the results of the analyses carried out. Bulgaria, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Spain and Uk.
Hypotheses will be formulated for the improvement of industrial relations in the smart manufacturing sector and criteria to be adopted for the preparation of training courses for social partners will be defined.

First Workshop
Location: Barcelona
Barcelona's workshop will be realized, in order to make a first interim evaluation, gain new perspectives through the exchange of experiences, balance the methods and analysis techniques. See the Agenda of the meeting attached.
Each partner demonstrates his own point of view on research procedures and on the first results of the analyses carried out. Bulgaria, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Spain and Uk.
Then, they will be a presentation of research outcomes on some European experiences: Italy (by Ires Morosini), Spain (by Socius), Uk (by IES); communication on industrial relations and industrial policies in Bulgaria (Istur), communication on industrial relations and industrial policies in Poland (FZZ) We should focus the debate on the research as well as on the Smart Production and Industrial Relation in Catalonia.
Some presentations on local best practice (agreement on industry, negotiation of the first industrial collective agreement at state level in 20 years).
